Payment Method

Paschim Banga Resham Shilpi Samabaya Mahasangha Ltd. (PBRSSMLtd.) accepts online payments only through credit and debit cards. Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Shipping Policy

PBRSSMLtd. provides free shipping for all e-commerce orders within India and internationally. Here are the approximate timelines for dispatch and delivery:

• Dispatch: Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment from the payment gateway or bank.
• Delivery: We utilize reputable courier services for shipping. Expected delivery times are:
  • Kolkata: 3 working days
  • Rest of India: 7 working days (may vary for remote locations)
  • International: 15-30 working days

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel non-ready-to-ship products within 24 hours of placing the order for a 100% refund. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of cancellation confirmation via email. Please note that ready-to-ship orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Return Policy

PBRSSMLtd. accepts returns only in the following cases:

1. Damaged products upon receipt
2. Products received that differ from those ordered
3. Products with manufacturing defects (weaving/printing) not identified during packing

To initiate a return, please email us within 2 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. We will replace the product within 30 working days, if available, or initiate a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Guidelines

• Inform us immediately upon receiving a damaged product, and no later than 2 days after delivery.

• Returns require prior authorization. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 working days with a return authorization number. Returns without this authorization will not be processed.

• Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, including tags and labels. Products must be in the same condition as delivered; wear or alterations will lead to rejection of the return.

• Upon receiving return authorization, ship the product back to:

• Include your name, order number, and mobile number on the package. Please notify us with your courier details and tracking ID after dispatch.

After inspecting the returned items, if confirmed to be damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will process a 100% refund within 2 working days (if chosen by the customer), credited according to your bank's guidelines. Alternatively, if a replacement is requested and available, it will be sent within 30 working days. Shipping costs incurred by the customer for returns will be refunded upon receipt of supporting documents.

Note: Cross-border transaction fees charged by banks on international credit or debit card transactions will not be refunded. These charges are imposed by the banks and not by PBRSSMLtd. For queries regarding these fees, please contact your bank.
