Payment Method:

PBRSSMLtd. accepts only online payment through credit card, debit card. We do not accept Cash on Delivery right now.


Shipping Policy:

PBRSSMLtd. provides free shipping for all E-Commerce orders across India and abroad. Following are the approximate timelines for dispatch and delivery of products:

Dispatch: PBRSSMLtd. will dispatch products within 2 working days from the date of receiving the order. Dispatch is subject to confirmation of payment received from payment gateway/bank.

Delivery: We ship the products through reputed courier/cargo service providers. Expected delivery time is 3 working days within Kolkata and 7 working days within India from the date of dispatch. The delivery time may exceed for remote locations.

Outside India delivery time may be 15-30 working days.


Cancellation Policy:

All Non-Ready to Ship products can be cancelled, only if done within 24 hours of placing it. 100% refund will be initiated within 2 working days from cancellation of the order and a confirmation of the same will be sent via e-mail. Please be apprised that Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations.


Return Policy:

PBRSSMLtd. accepts returns only in following cases:

1. Products are received in damaged condition

2. Products received are different from those ordered

3. Products have manufacturing(weaving/printing) defect which was not noticed during packing & dispatch


In any of these cases, customer must inform the matter to PBRSSMLtd. via e-mail within 2 days of receiving the order. Information for return, if received after 2 days from receiving the product, will not be entertained by PBRSSMLtd.  PBRSSMLtd. will replace the product within 30 working days, if available in stock, or will initiate refund subject to fulfilment of necessary conditions.


Customer should adhere to following guidelines for returning products:


Please inform PBRSSMLtd. through email immediately on the receipt of the product, and not later than 2 days from receiving the product, about damage or problems.


The product should be returned on receiving an acknowledgement e-mail from PBRSSMLtd. confirming a return authorisation. The retuen authorisation will be sent within 2 working days from receiving the information. Return request for items returned WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORISATION REFERENCE will not be processed.


Please retain original packing including tags, labels and products should be returned in the same conditions as delivered. Please note that if any wear/tear, altercations to products are found which are obvious to be done by customer, return won’t be accepted.

On receiving an acknowledgement e-mail from PBRSSMLtd. confirming a return authorisation, customer can ship the product through courier back to PBRSSMLtd. within 7 days of receiving the return authorisation to “PASCHIM BANGA RESHAM SHILPI SAMABAYA MAHASANGHA LTD.”, 179, Anandapur Road, 5/1 Sidhha 5th Avenue, 5th Floor, Kasba Industrial Estate, Phase-I, Kolkata-700107. .


Please mention your name, order number and mobile number on the box Customer should intimate about the courier and tracking ID to PBRSSMLtd. team as soon as products are dispatched.


After inspection of the returned products if it is confirmed that products are received in damaged condition or products received are different from those ordered or products have manufacturing (weaving/printing) defect which was not noticed during packing & dispatch, then 100 % refund will be initiated within 2 working days, if the customer choose this option, which will be credited back to the customer as per his/her bank/credit guidelines. Else PBRSSMLtd. will replace the product within 30 working days, if available in stock and if so chosen by the customer. Also the shipping expenses incurred by the customer in returning the product/(s) will be refunded in full on receipt of supporting documents.


Cross Border or, International Transaction Fees, if any charged by the respective bank from the credit or debit card of the customer will not be refunded. Please note these are hidden charges levied by bank on their customer, and not by PBRSSMLtd. Customers must contact their bank for additional information on these charges.
